- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- All manuals, accessories, and protective films are included
- The item is not registered, activated, or customized
Includes: chargers, cables, adapters, power banks, unactivated smart devices, and unopened accessories.
🎮 Gaming Gear & Lifestyle Products
- Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- All components and parts are included
- No visible signs of wear or damage
Includes: gaming accessories, ergonomic chairs, LED décor, and lifestyle gadgets.
💎 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@weshopforyou.us.
We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund once the issue is verified.

For health, safety, and quality assurance, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

- Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during special promotions or clearance campaigns
- Customized or built-to-order products (e.g., modified electronics or engraved items)
