  • The item is free from stains, odors, or alterations

Includes: clothing, shoes, and accessories such as jackets, tops, sneakers, and bags in brand-new condition.

💻 Tech & Electronic Items

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • All manuals, accessories, and protective films are included
  • The item is not registered, activated, or customized

Includes: chargers, cables, adapters, power banks, unactivated smart devices, and unopened accessories.

🎮 Gaming Gear & Lifestyle Products

  • Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • All components and parts are included
  • No visible signs of wear or damage

Includes: gaming accessories, ergonomic chairs, LED décor, and lifestyle gadgets.

💎 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@weshopforyou.us.


We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund once the issue is verified.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

For health, safety, and quality assurance, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Underwear, lingerie, and socks

  • Recharge codes and mobile load

💳 Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

🧩 Custom, Clearance & Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during special promotions or clearance campaigns
  • Customized or built-to-order products (e.g., modified electronics or engraved items)
  • Items without original packaging or accessories (unless otherwise approved)
